Workshop Options

“Improving Employee Retention, Morale and Productivity”
     This is the foundation workshop that provides the toolkit for leaders to return to their organizations and begin effective retention activities. The Working Workshop™ format includes an understanding of the difference between research-supported retention initiatives and the short-term, rewards-based approaches commonly used (but that yield minimal results). Participants leave with specific ideas that can be implemented on their return, typically at no cost. They are equipped to understand systems, to address root causes of turnover and to adapt retention ideas to their organization’s and department’s culture.

“Achieving Greater Progress in Your Retention Efforts”
     This workshop is designed for organizations that already have retention programs in place and are seeking greater results. Strengths of current retention initiatives are examined and enhanced. Consultation prior to the workshop is used to develop the workshop content to enrich the use of research-supported retention methods and to build on progress achieved by the initial efforts.

“Leading for Retention”
     Research indicates the key leadership activities to foster improved retention and employee engagement and commitment. This workshop helps leaders tap into these skills and leadership activities to enhance their personal effectiveness in leading and supporting retention programs. As with all Employee Retention Strategies workshops, participants leave with specific objectives they’ve discovered during the program that they can put to use immediately to enhance their leadership activities.
